Download and Install limbo
We offer three entry points. Android users download an APK file directly; iOS users access limbo through Safari or Chrome, then add a home-screen shortcut; web users simply visit limbo.best in any browser. All three paths lead to the same account backend.

App vs. Browser: Trade-Offs
The dedicated limbo app (Android) offers offline caching, so past results and your account summary load even if your signal drops. Push notifications alert you to live events, market moves, and local payment payment confirmations without opening the browser. Load times are typically faster on a local app because assets don't re-download with each session. Browser access, by contrast, requires no installation—open Safari or Chrome and start immediately. Updates happen silently; you never manage app versions. Browser sessions consume slightly more data because CSS and JavaScript reload on each visit. For users in Jakarta or Bandung with intermittent network, an app is more stable; for users wanting zero friction, browser is simpler.
Device Compatibility
Our limbo app requires Android 7 or later; most phones sold qualify. iOS users need Safari or Chrome, and our web app works on iOS 12 and up. Desktop browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge—have no minimum. If your phone is older than Android 7, you can still access limbo via browser. Device RAM should be at least 2 GB; below that, sessions may lag during live-dealer streams. We recommend WiFi for live-casino video; on mobile data (LTE or 4G), Piala Indonesia or Liga 1 markets work smoothly, but video quality may drop.
Troubleshooting Common Install Issues
If your Android phone blocks the APK with "Unknown sources" or "Unverified app," go to Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps, enable Chrome or your file manager, then retry. Certificate warnings on older Android (5–6) are normal; tap "Install Anyway" or upgrade your OS. iOS users who do not see an "Add to Home Screen" button should open limbo in Safari, tap the Share icon (square with arrow), and scroll to find "Add to Home Screen." If the app or browser crashes on load, clear your cache: Settings → Apps → limbo → Storage → Clear Cache (do not clear data; that signs you out). Slow install speeds often mean weak WiFi; move closer to your router or use mobile data instead. If online payment or e-wallet payment screens time out after install, check your internet speed test (speedtest.net); below 1 Mbps, payment gateways may stall.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
Our limbo app requests permission to access your device's camera (for optional ID verification during account setup) and microphone (for optional video chat with support). Neither is mandatory; you can skip both and verify via email. The app and browser store your session token locally; clearing the device cache logs you out for security. We use HTTPS encryption on all connections, so your mobile banking, local payment, or online payment payment details never travel unencrypted. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via phone number or authenticator app is optional but recommended; enable it in Settings → Security after your first login. Your limbo account data is synced across devices, so a deposit made in Jakarta on one phone appears instantly on your tablet or desktop. Never share your login or 2FA code with anyone, including limbo support staff.
